The CrossFit Open 2026 begins in just 4 weeks!!
Preparation now will determine how well you perform when it matters most.
Training volume, intensity, and fatigue will increase rapidly during the Open. Without proper recovery, this can lead to reduced performance, lingering soreness, restricted movement, and a higher risk of injury. Structured recovery isn’t a luxury — it’s a performance tool.
