Welcome to my Dance group and the home of Maxicise TV! We are a team, a family and will work hard together to get the most out of every single class.
Maxicise TV is streamed LIVE and on demand from my class every Wednesday so anyone with any level of fitness can enjoy it at home. It combines energetic moves with some of best music around.
I always KNEW the secret to sticking to fitness was fun. In 2011 I discovered Zumba, and it was as though something clicked. I KNEW there was something in the music.
Since then Iโve been on a mission to create dance workouts so uplifting, so joyous, you wonโt even realise just hard youโve worked. As long as so many of you are seeing the results of your weekly workouts, I will keep creating them as it brings me so much happiness.
