1st March – End of Winter with Sara
Back by popular demand.
Celebrate the shift into spring with a restorative afternoon designed to reset your energy as we embrace the warmer days.

Join Sara for a calming mini-retreat weaving together grounding breathwork, a gentle transition from flow to yin, and a spring-inspired Yoga Nidra meditation. A carefully curated practice to soften, release winter’s heaviness, and create space for renewal.

14th March – Learn & Flow: Perimenopause – Beyond the Hormones
With Shadee & Dr Sandrine Rey-Scalco.

An educational and movement-based workshop supporting women through perimenopause with clarity, care, and confidence.

The first 45 minutes will be an interactive learning session led by Dr Sandrine Rey-Scalco, sharing clear, evidence-based insights into what’s happening in the body, practical lifestyle tools to support hormonal health and longevity, and space for open questions in a safe, supportive environment.
Followed by nourishing movement to integrate and embody what you’ve learned.
