BE. FORMLESS. Like water

The Core or The Heart of the physical movement of the self is a seqeunce usually called The Form.

FORMs vary in length.
▪
A short form is subtle for those who dont want to spend much time learning many movements and also a uselful introduction to the Arts.
▪
The is a poem to the introduction of the forms within energetic movement.
Keep the forms close, do not forget them.
when wishing to move start from the waist,
be sensitive to the changes,
the slightest shift from full to empty,
thus you let the energy circulate
like a flow through all your body,
without seizing.
Invisible in the embrace of stillness lies motion
and within motion stillness is concield.
Search therefore that stillness, within motion.
If you can approach this, discoveries will be yours.
Let every movement be filled with awareness and meaning
if you can approach this,
the effort of no effort will appear.
Never abandon your attention to your waist
when the abdomen is light and free, the energy will be aroused,
when the lowest vertabrae are upright,
then the spirit will arise to the top of the head.
The whole body should be appliant and soft.
The head suspended as if above by a single hair.
Remain awake searching the meaning of energy itself,
whether the body bends or stretches
whether it opens or closes,
let the natural way be your way
At the beginning students listen to there teachers
but with care and effort they learn to apply themselves, and then skill develops in its own accord.
Who can tell me what is the main priciple of energy,
the awakened mind comes first and the body will follow,
who can tell me what is the meaning and main phlosophy of energy,
internal youthfullness and a healthy long life which mean a ever present spring time.
