🌙✨ Ramadan… and still losing weight. ✨🌙

Take a look at these meals 👆

Pasta. Noodles. Rice dishes. A proper roast. Sweet treats. Hearty bowls after Iftar. Suhoor that keeps me satisfied.

This isn’t a diet 🔥

If diets really worked… why do so many of us restart every January or every month for that matter ?

I’m not eating “diet food.”
I’m not cutting carbs.
I’m not punishing myself after Iftar.
I’m not writing the month off.

I’m enjoying real, normal food during Ramadan 🍛🍜🍚
Food that feeds my family.
Food that fits my culture.
Food that satisfies me.

And yes… I’m still seeing results.

Because the problem was never you.
It was the diet–fail–repeat cycle.
The all-or-nothing mindset.
