We are LOVING the new studio setup and the extra space we have for classes these days. To celebrate that capacity, and to welcome some new faces we are offering everyone the ability to come along to any studio class for just £5!!

Fancy getting hold of some new gear? We’re running a popup ship this week!

We are going to be selling some of our old equipment to make space for shiny new things, so if you want to upgrade your home workout station and add some new kit, we would love to see you in our popup shop!

WHAT? We are selling yoga mats, blocks & straps, light and heavy weights (1kg, 1.5kg, 5kg, 6kg & 7kg) and various bits and pieces you will recognise!
WHEN? 12.00-2.00pm on Wednesday 6th August & Thursday 7th August
WHERE? We will be on the first floor of the Abbott’s building, so go through the main shop entrance (on the front of the building from our studio entrance) up the stairs and you will see us at the top.
HOW? Just turn up and have a browse! Payment will be accepted in cash or by bank transfer.

It’s the end of another era.. this photo was taken just before we reopened our doors after Covid. And now we have closed them again for the next month to grow into our next chapter 💙

We will be reopening on Monday 1st of September with a bigger, beautiful space for all of us to move. THANK YOU all for the kind words and encouragement that you’ve offered to us over the last days and weeks. It means so much. This is a big decision for us, so it has been a slightly daunting one, but we’re also so excited to see where this next evolution will take us. Sometimes we have to step outside of our old familiar structures so that new growth and possibility can occur.
•
We appreciate all of you for the love and support and friendship and good times you’ve given us over the years and we can’t wait to move with you again in September. Have a happy and restful midsummer pals, and we’ll see you in a month!!
