As the Dining Services Manager at Eden Court, I am passionate about delivering exceptional food service experiences. I oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure top standards in quality, safety, and guest satisfaction—always aiming for efficient, elevated service.

With a background in luxury fine dining, I bring years of experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. I hold a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, alongside studies in Health & Social Care, giving me a strong balance of operational expertise and guest wellbeing.

Outside of work, I enjoy nature, good food, and quality time with loved ones. I’m open-minded, love trying new things, and appreciate life’s simple pleasures—from spa days to discovering new flavours.

We celebrated Mother’s Day over the weekend with some lovely activities 💐 From cupcake decorating (yes, we definitely enjoyed eating the finished creations 😄) to some truly 'mugnificent' designs on our mugs — it was a weekend full of creativity, laughter, and special moments 💕

We were delighted to welcome the wonderful children from The Park Kindergarten Preparatory Program to Eden Court recently for some intergenerational fun! Together we got creative making colourful tribal masks, sharing plenty of smiles, stories and laughter along the way.

Bringing generations together like this is so important. These moments help build understanding, connection and joy between young and old, reminding us how much we can learn from each other. Thank you to Park Kindergarten for such a lovely visit – we can’t wait to do it again! 🎭✨

We had such a lovely time learning the art of flower arranging, with expert guidance from Freddie’s Flowers. With their tips and inspiration, we created some beautiful arrangements that we’re now proudly displaying around the home.
