The secret to resilience isn't about pushing through it, it's about learning how to release.
Last week speaking at Kellogg College, Oxford University at the Global Diplomat Summit was deeply meaningful, especially following such an inspiring talk on resilience by Raageshwari Loomba.

We often celebrate resilience without talking about what it costs the body. The stress or trauma that shapes resilience must be processed, not stored. When it stays in the body, especially in the fascia, it can quietly shape how we think, feel, and lead our lives.

I invited the audience to stand and experience Human Garage’s stress reset in real time. Watching diplomats, leaders, and changemakers feel that shift in their bodies was powerful. A reminder that healing doesn’t have to be complex, sometimes it’s about giving the body permission to let go.
Human Garage’s mission is to share this self-healing modality globally and reach a billion people. Because when people can regulate their nervous systems, they can show up with clarity, compassion, and true resilience.

It was an honour to part of this summit and made possible by Gaganeet’s fantastic curation bringing all these inspirational people together .advert. My special thanks to Gaganeet and Raagashweri

House of Lords Lunch, Houses of Parliament Last week I experienced a moment I never imagined, receiving a Global Recognition for Excellence in Health and Wellbeing Coaching at the House of Lords.

To be recognised alongside such visionary women for path-breaking ideas was deeply moving. I was honoured for my work with fascia manoeuvres and the potential of self-healing modalities to create real change in the world—something I feel incredibly passionate about.

This was my first award, and honestly, it felt surreal. I’m so grateful to for nominating me, and to Gagganeet for hosting such a remarkable and inspiring event.

Being in that room, at the House of Lords, surrounded by women who are shaping the future in their fields, was unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey, this recognition means more than I can say.

Such a special morning hosting Gary and Anela from Human Garage and our amazing coach community for brunch.

I’m always inspired by the conversations that happen when we all come together — hearing Gary share some of the discoveries he’s been making during his time in London was incredibly motivating, and left me with much to reflect on…I am now looking into a good source for Horsetail and Charcoal.
We also got a little glimpse into the beautiful hotels and locations around the world where Human Garage is bringing its retreats — it’s amazing to see what’s unfolding globally.
Feeling grateful for good people, shared purpose, and moments like these 🤍✨

What if one experience could give you exactly what your body needs?

Whether that’s less pain, more energy, deeper calm, better sleep, improved posture, or just feeling more you again?
That’s the power of combining Fascia Maneuvers and Spinal Energetics — a practice that meets you where you are and unlocks the results your unique system is ready for.

No two people experience this work the same way — because no two bodies are the same.

Some feel their spine lengthen and posture transform.
Others feel a wave of deep calm, emotional release, or renewed energy flow.
For many, it’s a moment of coming home to their body — a reset that continues to unfold for days afterward.

By blending Fascia Maneuvers (to release tension and rehydrate the connective tissue) with Spinal Energetics (to restore energetic flow and alignment), we activate your body’s natural intelligence — allowing it to rebalance, repair, and rejuvenate from within.

You might walk out feeling taller.
You might sleep better.
You might notice more mobility, less stress, or a deep sense of peace.
Whatever your system needs — it knows how to find it through this work.

Join us tomorrow for this life-enhancing Fascia Maneuvers x Spinal Energetics workshop.
Your body already holds the map.
Let’s unlock its full potential — together.

Date: Sat 22nd Nov
Place: CAS Hall, Parsons Green

Love love love this!

This has to be the easiest lunch or supper!!

You put a whole butternut squash into the oven on 200 electric / 6 Gas and could for 55 mins .... keeping a eye on it! No oil nothing.

Take it out halve it with a sharp knife. Scooping the seeds out.

I then made a butternut squash and sage risotto using an recipe.

So speedy making it from spelt it was ready within 10 minutes and SO delicious.

I felt very futuristic having this monitor on my arm and being able to use a special app on my phone to measure my glucose levels 24/7!

I have loved wearing the ZOE blood sugar sensor for the last 14 days. It has been a fascinating in site into my glucose response to food exercise and sleep!

It's such a clever tool that they use on the ZOE programme measuring, in real time, the amount of glucose, sugar, that you are having every time you eat something. The reason they use this tool is to help them understand your response to food.

When we eat the level of glucose goes up in our blood stream until it is taken into our cells for energy or storage.

In the 14 days while wearing this monitor the ZOE team are able to measure how my blood glucose levels rise and fall after eating both standardised test meals and all the other food that I like to eat. This helps them to understand my personal response to food. We are all completely different even identical twins!

I am excited to receive back the report regarding my glucose response to food.
