The secret to resilience isn't about pushing through it, it's about learning how to release.
Last week speaking at Kellogg College, Oxford University at the Global Diplomat Summit was deeply meaningful, especially following such an inspiring talk on resilience by Raageshwari Loomba.
We often celebrate resilience without talking about what it costs the body. The stress or trauma that shapes resilience must be processed, not stored. When it stays in the body, especially in the fascia, it can quietly shape how we think, feel, and lead our lives.
I invited the audience to stand and experience Human Garage’s stress reset in real time. Watching diplomats, leaders, and changemakers feel that shift in their bodies was powerful. A reminder that healing doesn’t have to be complex, sometimes it’s about giving the body permission to let go.
Human Garage’s mission is to share this self-healing modality globally and reach a billion people. Because when people can regulate their nervous systems, they can show up with clarity, compassion, and true resilience.
It was an honour to part of this summit and made possible by Gaganeet’s fantastic curation bringing all these inspirational people together .advert. My special thanks to Gaganeet and Raagashweri
