Time to talk

Time to talk Counselling is here to help you to cope with demanding life experience. It is a reflective space, focusing on your own way of dealing with your issues.

When facing life challenges, people who are close to you often try to support you by giving advice, trying to find solutions, relating your experience to theirs and sharing with you what worked for them – and sometimes you still feel like this is really not doing the job…
Counselling is a reflective space, focusing mainly on your own way of dealing with your own “stuff”. Counselling respects where you are right now and that your experience is unique to you. This increases self-awareness and it encourages you to tap deeper in your resources or create new ones. In confidence, free from judgement you can slow down and look at your inner process – you acknowledge your thoughts, phantasy and feelings. You assess/alter your possibilities and limits in dealing with what you are going through. I am here to listen and support you on your way through your experience. As an Individual Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I am bound by BACP standards and ethics, and I embody their values. I am trained and qualified as an integrative counsellor, therefore my work with the therapeutic relationship merges and unifies several therapeutic approaches. This brings a very organic and unique quality into the alliance with each person. In my practice I provide individual counselling.
