➡️ Assisted pull-ups
➡️ Scapular hangs
➡️ Negatives → full pull-ups
This takes time, patience, and focus 🧘♀️
And don’t forget balance — pull-ups work chest, shoulders, and back, so make sure you’re also training your upper back, side body, and lower abs.
Muscle growth requires sufficient calorie intake to happen. Yes it’s about protein and carbs, fats are important for hair, nails, skin, digestion and hormones.
