Neck pain linked to desk work usually combines a low screen, forward head position, and long static periods. The first step is simple. Bring the screen to eye level, set feet flat, and keep the keyboard close so the shoulders can relax. 🧑‍💻

We then use short mobility drills to settle symptoms, such as gentle lateral flexion while the hand anchors the shoulder, followed by chin tucks to retrain deep neck control.

Strengthening the upper back with light rows or band pull aparts supports a more balanced position without effort. The goal is comfort that lasts through the day rather than a brief release. 🎯
