From my mother’s kitchen to mine…
“I’ve been a keen home cook for years, creating recipes from scratch inspired by my traditional Indian roots, years of travel, and living in a culturally diverse city like London. Growing up, my mother was the heart and soul of our kitchen. She was a passionate vegetarian cook, growing herbs, and vegetables in her garden. Some of my favourite childhood memories are watching her work her magic, using fresh seasonal produce and fragrant spices to create the most delicious meals for family & friends.”
