Sloth mode can come after high intensity, high energy delivery.

Embrace it, to protect yourself and your capacity.

To protect your mental health and wellbeing, you NEED rest and recovery after you've done something taxing.

So you can do stretchy things without becoming overstretched.

Especially with a busy ADHD brain and a buzzy body!

Yesterday I delivered my "How to Burn Bright without burning out - with an ambitious ADHD brain" masterclass and recorded this snippet straight after.

I didn't even post it yesterday as that isn't what sloth mode is about, lol!

Still can't stop myself from doing it, am I right?! 🤣

Coming up with bright ideas full of passion and then having to execute them, which is the hardest part. 🙈

Here's a love nudge at my operations manager Laura for holding the fort when I get a bright new idea, helping me to implement it. ❤️
