Sloth mode can come after high intensity, high energy delivery.
Embrace it, to protect yourself and your capacity.
To protect your mental health and wellbeing, you NEED rest and recovery after you've done something taxing.
So you can do stretchy things without becoming overstretched.
Especially with a busy ADHD brain and a buzzy body!
