1. If you have heartburns, normalize sleeping on your left side regularly. This can be as effective as taking an antacid medication.

2. Not having enough sleep every day can cause desire for s*x, depression and addictions. Good sleep is therapeutic.

3. Don't fight over problems money can solve. Go and make the money first, then come back and solve the problem. Never feed your poverty.

Wether you call it w**d, ma*****na, pot, dope, or grass; wether you smoke, v**e, drink, or eat it;

Ma*****na has mind-altering compounds that affect both your brain and body. The main psychoactive substance in ma*****na is known as tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

THC stimulates the part of your brain that responds to pleasure, like food and s*x, unnleashing a chemical known as dopamine, which gives you a euphoria.

However, THC can be addictive and harmful. And apart from above, it can also cause decreased appetite, diarrhoea, feeling sick, weakness, behavioural or mood change, dizziness, feeling very tired, feeling high, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts.

2. Don't wear babies tight-fitting shoes, it can cause ingrown toe nails. Use only loose socks or yarn boots.

3. Don't put money in the hands of little babies, they might suck thier fingers after touching the money or even put it in their mouth.

As a doctor, here are 10 things I love to prescribe for my patients

- lifting weights
- high protein
- intermittent fasting
- whole foods & vegetable
- drinking water with electrolytes
- getting 30 mins of sunshine/day
- taking 8000 steps/day
- eliminating seed oils
- no soda/sugars
- zero smoking

1. People in thier 30s to 60s can have high blood pressure without knowing it. So they have a low cardiac reserve.

2. When they do high intensity exercises such as treadmills or weight lifting, the low cardiac reserve can make them suffer a heart attack.

3. This is because during vigorous exercise, there is a lot of stress on the heart to pump enough blood to the muscles and vital organs e.g. brain, heart, liver and kidney.

4. So before you start a gym program, first make see a doctor to know your BP and do your baseline heart tracings (ECG and/or ECHO) to check for any electrical or structural heart problems. Let the doctor certify that you are fit to start the gym program before you do so.

5. If there is an underlying heart problem that has not been detected, it can lead to sudden cardiac arrest during strenuous exercises such as heavy weight lifting and treadmills.
