Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client acquisition efforts across private, public, and third-sector healthcare markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business from private clients, local councils, the NHS, and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), while also maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Secure new clients and contracts from private individuals, councils, NHS, and CCGs.
• Lead on cold calling, networking, tenders, and proposals to expand service reach.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms with both public and private stakeholders.

2. Public Sector Engagement
• Navigate NHS and CCG procurement systems, frameworks, and care delivery processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with council commissioning teams and social care departments.
• Align all proposals with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and public sector requirements.

3. Private Client Development
• Identify and attract private clients in need of domiciliary, supported living, live-in care, and companionship services.
• Apply B2C strategies, including referral pathways, partnerships with healthcare professionals, and local community outreach.
• Work with marketing teams to design and implement digital and offline campaigns targeting private clients.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
• Develop strong networks within healthcare and social care sectors.
• Engage key stakeholders, including social workers, NHS case managers, and council coordinators.
• Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

5. Consultative Sales & Service Alignment
• Conduct care needs assessments to match clients with appropriate services.
• Prepare tailored proposals addressing individual client needs, budgets, and care plans.
• Deliver presentations and pitches to councils, NHS bodies, and private clients.

6. Compliance & Industry Knowledge
• Stay updated on care sector policies, frameworks, and procurement processes.
• Ensure all business development activities comply with health and social care regulations.
• Understand a wide range of care services, including domiciliary, respite, personal, and live-in care.

Job Opportunity: Experienced Registered Care Managers (2 Positions) – West London

We are an emerging and passionate domiciliary care provider based in West London, and we are currently recruiting for two experienced Registered Care Managers to join our growing team.

Position 1: Registered Care Manager – CQC Interview Lead
Role: You will act as the nominated Registered Manager to represent our newly established domiciliary care agency in the upcoming CQC registration interview.

Location: West London (onsite as needed)

Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Position 2: Registered Care Manager – CQC-Registered Branch
Role: You will manage and oversee operations of our already CQC-registered domiciliary care branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Location: Remote working available

Hours: Flexible working hours available

Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements (for both roles):
Must be a qualified and experienced Registered Manager in domiciliary care

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance

Proven experience in leading care teams and delivering quality home care services

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
