✨ Post-op results from Mr. Kshem Yapa’s 50-year-old patient following a comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedure: preservation deep plane face and neck lift, lateral brow lift, and facial fat grafting to the tear troughs, temples, and mid-face.

This patient presented with concerns about heaviness and laxity in the lower face, jawline, and neck, along with early jowl formation. She had previously undergone several non-surgical procedures, including thread lifts, facial fillers, and energy-based treatments, but felt these did not achieve the level of correction she desired. She ultimately decided on a surgical approach to address facial support and tissue laxity while maintaining a natural appearance.

Post-surgery, her jawline and neck definition have been restored, and mid-face volume rebalanced. The deep folds around the mouth and lower face have been softened, and the upper facial contours replenished. The fat grafting has supported both volumetric restoration and improvement in skin quality, owing to regenerative components within the fat tissue. As seen in these early post-operative images, there is a degree of fullness in the cheeks from recent fat grafting, which will naturally settle and integrate over time.
