What we call transformation = an alignment between intention and tissue. When alignment stabilises, the body ceases to negotiate. It moulds to intention

This is why superficial interventions fail. They attempt to remodel the surface while preserving the same internal contract. The form resists because the identity beneath it has not changed.

Training can take a hit during periods of travel just as athletes place greater pressure on themselves when the environment shifts.
