The Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) has recently published a new dedicated advice page on their website which gathers all of the relevant advice and resources about advertising prescription-only medicines (POMs). Advertising POMs to the public is a breach of not only the CAP code, but also the law, so we recommend reminding yourselves of the rules in this area. View CAP’s advice page >>
