A bit of searching for meaning & purpose post

Our lovely trip to Durham to celebrate Lolly’s 21st. It’s amazing how fast children turn into adults… I love Durham for it’s whimsical charm, youthfulness, romantic walks, excellent food, a decent run along the river and the old fashioned charm I appreciate so much. This time we stayed in Funky Monk apartments, an experience I recommend for its central location, unusual decor and dog friendliness. And last but not least, I must mention my favourite burger joint of all times, , I always go there when in Durham, simply the best.

David and I have really enjoyed Morocco, a little bit of late year sun, yummy food, a tiny bit of meditation, some work and a lot of dreaming. My husband is my best friend and I love just hanging out with him and taking in whatever environment we are experiencing atm. This time the highlight was the beach that is a thoroughfare with so much life, an untrained eye cannot keep up. There are children playing football, keen and amateur surfers getting tumbled on the waves, locals strolling in their everyday clothing, and loads of animals, horses, ponies, camels, dogs, cats and birds. I was impressed. ❤️💚

I recently explored Bilbao’s Old Town, the Casco Viejo, and was enchanted by its history and charm. Established in the 13th century as a walled settlement, it expanded into the “Seven Streets” in the 15th century after the walls were demolished. The narrow alleys and historic buildings tell stories of its past as a bustling port and commercial center. The vibrant colors, enticing smells, and delicious tastes of the Old Town truly brought its history to life. It was a magical experience, sparking my imagination and leaving me in awe of this centuries-old gem.

About Oksana

Oksana Stanzione is a certified life coach with over 15 years experience in helping her clients in all aspects of self development with particular expertise in relationship consultancy. Coming from a medical family she was inherently brought up with the instinct of helping people. Initially she qualified as a doctor but subsequently decided to pursue a non-clinical direction in order to work with the human mind and soul.

In Relationship Coaching Oksana works in three directions:

1. You. Relationship with others starts with yourself. Oksana is helping people to love themselves, to do things that empower them and not doing things that take the power away. She works on confidence, fulfilment, understanding the client’s true needs and desires, enables to set correct goals and achieve the dreams.

2. Others. Helping people to build and strengthen relationship with family, friends, co-workers and the significant other. Understanding the type of relationship the clients want and why they want the relationship. Helping to find and build a family with a soulmate.
