Rhinoplasty Before and After | Correcting a Drooping Tip and Dorsal Hump 👃🏼

In this latest case study, Mr Unadkat discusses a patient who was unhappy with the shape of her nose, particularly its tendency to droop when smiling, alongside a visible dorsal hump and prominent columellar show. While her concerns were aesthetic rather than functional, a considered and tailored approach was essential.

Following consultation, she was identified as an excellent candidate for dorsal preservation rhinoplasty, enabling refinement of the profile without traditional hump resection.

Final rhinoplasty for the year!

It has been a busy year but a lovely way to finish the year with my favourite procedure. I was privileged to be able to treat this patient who had travelled quite some distance to undergo revision rhinoplasty surgery with me.

I used a combination of dorsal preservation and structural tip techniques to achieve our desired goals.
