Tight IT bands and hamstrings are common issues for runners, but these foam rolling techniques can help loosen things up and improve your performance:

💥 IT Band Floss:
Lay sideways on the foam roller and roll along your IT band. When you hit a tight spot, flex and extend your knee 6-8 times, focusing on deep, controlled breaths. Move to another area and repeat for up to 1 minute per leg.

💥 Hamstring Floss:
Sit on the foam roller with it positioned under the belly of your hamstring. Roll to find tight spots, then flex and extend your knee while keeping the opposite leg bent. To deepen the stretch, lean forward slightly while extending the knee. Repeat for 6-8 reps in each area, up to 1 minute per leg.

These moves are perfect for easing tension and unlocking smoother, more efficient strides. Save this and give it a try before your next run! 🙌
