This wonderful patient came to me feeling self-conscious about her recessed chin, which she felt disrupted the balance of her facial features. After a detailed consultation, I recommended a chin implant using a silicone implant secured with titanium screws, combined with neck liposuction and tightening stitches to refine her profile and restore facial harmony.

For the chin implant, I make a small incision either inside the lower lip or under the chin. A silicone implant, carefully selected to suit the patient’s facial structure, is then placed over the chin bone. To ensure long-lasting stability and natural results, I secure the implant with titanium screws. This method provides a durable and harmonious improvement to the patient’s profile.

The neck liposuction and tightening stitches involve removing excess fat under the jawline and neck through tiny incisions. After gently contouring the area with liposuction, I use tightening stitches to address mild skin laxity and support the neck muscles, further refining the jawline and neck profile.
