We want to thank our patient for having the courage to have revision surgery after a poor experience in Turkey. Although there are good surgeons in Turkey, some clinics however try and sell patients more cosmetic surgery than they wanted, with fake discounts and promises of Instagram promotions.

This patient was very unhappy with the excessive scooped out look and upturned nose that she got after travelling to Turkey. While it may seem like a bargain, the secondary costs when back in the UK can be very high.

This lady needed rib grafts to build up her nose and create a more natural appearance.

We spend a lot of time in the clinic listening to exactly what you are looking to achieve and designing this on the computer images. This is the best way to ensure patients are happy with the results of their plastic surgery.

We also provide aftercare with direct support from the surgeon for life. This aftercare is crucial in making sure the nose heals well and patients feel satisfied with the final outcome.

This patient needed harvest of her rib to build up the nose and give it a more natural shape. Her original surgery resulted in a deep scoop from her nose and a very upturned look.

We spend a lot of time listening to the patient and designing your new nose on the computer images.

We also provide close support and aftercare which is crucial to make sure the nose heals well.

Aftercare is so important in making patients feel happy and for quickly solving any problems that may occur.

Thanks to the faculty for their lectures and training at the Pan-Thames Training Day yesterday. We hosted all the Plastic Surgery residents in the Greater London area. We also had residents from Wales and nursing colleagues who joined us.

Training included Rhinoplasty, Facelift, Liposuction, Arm lift, Tummy Tuck, Thigh lift, Blepharoplasty, Morpheus 8, IPL laser, Botox, Fillers.

The meeting was very well attended and we issued Certificates of Training for the day.

Do I need to dissolve my nose fillers before my nose surgery?

No.

Many patients will "try out" their new nose using fillers before going ahead with Rhinoplasty. Fillers can help improve the shape of the nose if they are done well and using safe techniques.

However, Fillers can migrate near the eye and cause blindness in rare circumstances. Fillers last about 6-9 months and then need to be repeated. This increases the costs involved.

Fillers cannot make the nose smaller.

It was great to see this patient one year after Rhinoplasty. He is really happy with the results of surgery to make his nose smaller and to help with his breathing.

You can have an Acid Nose Peel to pre-condition your nose skin before a nose job if you have thick skin.
The team have worked hard to publish this Nose Skin Thickness Scale which Grades nose skin from Grade 1 for Super Thin skin to Grade 5 Very Thick skin.
The British Journal of Plastic Surgery looked at 166 of our Rhinoplasty patients and found that patients with thick skin got some benefit from an Acid Peel before their surgery.

After 10 years or so breast implants can be exchanged if the patient wants to improve shape and get an uplift at the same time. Reston plant technology has got better and better giving patients better shape and long-term happiness.
The key is to wrap the breast implant in the breast tissue in the way that the shape is excellent and stays uplifted for many years to come. It's important also to hide the scars in the folds under the breast and around the ni**le so patients can feel feminine and confident.
The photo show that there's an implant label at the back which shows it serial number and information regarding its size and texture.
Modern plants can have a nanotexture or smooth texture to improve the feel of the breasts in the long term.
