2nd metatarsal head injected with with ankle block analgesia to create fatty padding which was non existent causing pain from subluxation of met head.

This is a common occurrence when patients use over the counter corn remover plasters and pens. It removed the corn but left a deep abscess. This has been debrided and drained. Permission given to post.
