Dr Syed Muhammad Sajjad Kabir is our Psychotherapist with a PhD in Psychology from the School of Population Health, Curtin University, where his research examined the psychological impacts of climate change.
He brings over 15 years of counselling experience, primarily in Bangladesh, and has authored more than 75 publications in peer-reviewed outlets, including Nature Communications, Health Psychology Review, and Social Science & Medicine. His books, Essentials of Counselling and Basic Guidelines of Research, have collectively attracted about seven million reads on ResearchGate.
Dr Kabir provides evidence-based support for anxiety, depression and stress, and offers counselling for relationships, parenting and personal growth. Warm, practical and research-informed, he helps clients build resilience and achieve lasting well-being.
