✨ After a month of inner reflection and planning something big, I’ve been holding beautiful healing spaces for others—and had the honor of joining an incredible transformational retreat in Tuscany with 🌿

Singing, dancing, kirtan, prayer, chanting, meditation… and yes, the food was divine 😌💖 I also held my own Kambo ceremony there, witnessing profound transformation and connection.
