This study season, save or send this Omega-3 rich recipe with someone who is deep in revision mode 📩

Necessary for building brain cells, DHA (a component of Omega-3) is essential for memory, focus, and overall brain function, making this delicious teriyaki salmon the perfect meal for days that require deep concentration.

Ingredients (for 2):
2 salmon fillets
2 portions rice noodles
2 baby pak choi
1 handful sugar snap peas
1 bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 handful baby corn (halved)
1 tbsp olive oil

Teriyaki sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1–2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water.

Method: Place the rice noodles in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and leave for 4–6 minutes (or according to packet instructions), then drain and set aside. To make the sauce, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a small pan over gentle heat, then stir in the cornflour mix and simmer until glossy and slightly thickened. Cook the salmon to your liking. Stir-fry the vegetables in a pan or wok until just tender. Add the drained noodles, pour over the teriyaki sauce, and toss gently to combine. Enjoy! 🐟

1/4 cup whole rolled oats
1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds
