What an incredible experience at the inaugural Scar Symposium last week! It was genuinely moving to be in a room full of passionate therapists, all committed to expanding our understanding and treatment of scars.

Thinking back to when I first qualified in scar therapy almost nine years ago, the available knowledge and research were far more limited. To see the field evolve and gain such momentum, with so many dedicated professionals collaborating, is truly affirming. It reinforces the importance of the deep healing work we do.

A huge THANK YOU to organiser Hannah Poulton of and the presenters & speakers esp. with her brilliant insights into all things ! Looking forward to seeing the continued advancements.

Especially on Mental Health Awareness Day today, let's remember the power of an intentional pause. Restorative Yoga and Breathwork is the perfect way to honour your body and mind during this seasonal shift.

Join me online next Thursday for an evening dedicated to deep, nourishing rest. We'll use props and supported postures to completely relax the body, allowing the nervous system to switch gears, and use gentle breathwork to quiet the mind.
