In celebration of Room to Read’s 25th anniversary, we were honoured to deliver the AV and production for THE ROOM - a bold event concept that reimagined the traditional gala experience, brought to life at London’s iconic Science Museum.
With over 50 million children impacted by Room to Read’s work globally, THE ROOM symbolised the power and potential of learning environments.
Our brief was to translate this vision into an immersive event experience, one that would inspire, engage, and unite supporters in a celebration of impact and a call to shape the future.
The Science Museum served as the perfect backdrop: a vibrant centre of innovation and discovery that echoed Room to Read’s mission.
Our team delivered a seamless production across Wonderlab and Flight, including full staging and band set up, elegant lighting design, a custom-printed scenic backdrop, and a red carpet arrival moment .The team truly transformed the space, creating an immersive and polished environment that supported the flow and storytelling of the evening.
