In celebration of Room to Read’s 25th anniversary, we were honoured to deliver the AV and production for THE ROOM - a bold event concept that reimagined the traditional gala experience, brought to life at London’s iconic Science Museum.

With over 50 million children impacted by Room to Read’s work globally, THE ROOM symbolised the power and potential of learning environments.

Our brief was to translate this vision into an immersive event experience, one that would inspire, engage, and unite supporters in a celebration of impact and a call to shape the future.

The Science Museum served as the perfect backdrop: a vibrant centre of innovation and discovery that echoed Room to Read’s mission.

Our team delivered a seamless production across Wonderlab and Flight, including full staging and band set up, elegant lighting design, a custom-printed scenic backdrop, and a red carpet arrival moment .The team truly transformed the space, creating an immersive and polished environment that supported the flow and storytelling of the evening.

As of yesterday, the Exploring Space gallery at the Science Museum has closed.

We want to take a moment to reflect on what a privilege it has been to work in such a remarkable space.

At equip, we’ve had the pleasure of supporting a wide range of events here over the years; from dinners and drinks receptions to mobile phone launches.

It’s a superb venue in its own right, with so much opportunity to transform the limitless potential of this space into something extraordinary.

Thank you to the Science Museum for allowing us to play a part in delivering events within such an iconic gallery. 🪐

equip was proud to deliver full-scale production and AV services for our incredible partners at on behalf of the inspiring team at . Set within the stunning surrounds of the Royal Horticultural Halls, - one of our premier venue partners, we transformed the space into a dynamic, high-impact environment tailored for maximum engagement and visual brilliance.

Our team designed and installed a custom-built stage, complete with a razor-sharp 1.9mm LED wall that brought presentations and content to life with vivid clarity. From enhanced lighting and sound design to seamless technical ex*****on, every element was crafted to elevate the energy of the event and create a memorable experience for all attendees.

This was more than just AV support, it was a full creative collaboration, delivering an immersive environment that truly reflected the bold, inclusive spirit of Creative Equals.
