My two greatest achievements. I have finally put my certificate on the wall. I still can't believe I have an advanced diploma. Struggling with undiagnosed ADHD made me think I could never achieve a good qualification. Having my own personal therapy during my studies helped so much. With the right support you can do anything. Never give up on yourself.

Today I found out that there is a beautiful lake hidden behind some houses and in particular Bromley Palace. I've grew up here and had no idea. It was really peaceful and the Friends of Bromley Palace park have made it look beautiful with all of the freshly planted flowers.
Being outside even just for half an hour can really help calm the mind.

This is my 18yo cat Rita. I inherited her 3 years ago. She's been a lovely addition to our little family and she has taught us not to be afraid of cats! She's so playful and sweet. Pets are truly special 💖
