Is stretching good for you?😁

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
❗️The most common forms of stretches are static and dynamic:
🔥Static stretches involve holding a stretch in a comfortable position for a period of time, typically between 10 and 30 seconds. This form of stretching is most beneficial after you exercise.
🔥Dynamic stretches are active movements that cause your muscles to stretch, but the stretch is not held in the end position. These stretches are usually done before exercise to get your muscles ready for movement.

I very often hear expressions that in 40-50 everything is just beginning, if so, when does it end? And what ...?
Over the past century, the level of medicine has prolonged life and improved its quality. Before, by the age of fifty, people were already deep and often helpless old people. And now and at 70-80 years old, sometimes they run marathons. We live in an amazing time when science has given us decades of ACTIVE life ... This is a most valuable gift and you just need to properly dispose of it.
Health is the main thing. And I will not be mistaken in saying that every person wants not only to live to old age, but also to live a full-fledged ACTIVE life in old age. But in order to feel like a happy person, one must not only live a full life, but also be ACTIVE in every sense of the word. Self-realization, creativity, communication ... Personal and professional demand ... and of course physical ACTIVITY is what makes us truly happy people. This is what allows us to feel the fullness of life. Friends, be as active as possible, put off your age for later ... wish health and harmony for all of you ❤️❤️❤️

Начну тренироваться после карантина...зачем мне это сейчас?
Наверное огромное количество людей рассуждает именно так , но бесконечным локдаунам и конца не видно .
Казалось бы и новые кроссовки куплены и курьер давно доставил самый модный спортивный костюм ... все готово к тренировке , но диван стал на столько удобным а соцсети такими занятными , что тот самый понедельник с которого принято все начинать , так никак и не наступает .
Как заставить себя заниматься?
Просто сделай первый шаг и начни!
После карантина появится еще больше отложенных понедельников и еще меньше времени. Начинать регулярные тренировки нужно именно сейчас, ведь карантин пройдет, а жирок на попе останется.
Кроме этого, домашние тренировки — это единственный доступный сейчас способ заниматься спортом. А это:
* укрепление мышц и развитие выносливости;
* положительное влияние на сердечно-сосудистую систему;
* выработка эндорфинов и уменьшение рисков развития депрессии;
* помощь в продуктивном и быстром выполнении рабочих заданий;
* стимуляция для ведения здорового образа жизни и правильного питания;
* поддержка тела в хорошей физической форме.
Не откладывай на завтра то, что можно сделать сегодня !

Get Fit At Home, The Strategy🔥🔥🔥

Home fitness is a challenge. There are a lot of bodyweight exercises that will easily help you build and maintain muscle at home.
When working out at home sticking to a fitness routine becomes more important than ever before because it helps with emotional balance and mental health.

When you are at home the environment is against you. There are usually too many distractions by ways of chores, pets, partners, kids and life that are designed to trip you up and stop you from finding the time you need to do something for yourself.

Breaking that cycle however is easy; as long as we put a few clever strategies in place and a make a couple of smart choices.

Что такое красивое тело ?
С приближение зимних праздников многие девушки и женщины начинают активно худеть и цифры на весах являются для них одним и единственно правильным ориентиром .Многие прыгают от радости по утрам, когда видят даже самое незначительное снижение, и тут же теряют настроение когда вес ,снова увеличивается на несколько килограмм.
Многие и не подозревают о регулярной задержке воды в женском организме, о колебаниях веса в зависимости от того, что девушка съела вечером, о значительной потере воды на утро после гулянки с алкоголем и притоке в середине того же дня .Но не об этом сейчас .Я вот о чем .
Многие девушки начали подкачивать мышцы, что в целом очень круто и правильно . Но мышцы начинают расти .И вроде ,все идёт прекрасно .Все вокруг делают комплименты, а у девочек бешенный стресс и настроение ни к черту. О боги ,катастрофа ! Вес увеличился!И девушки начинают изводить себя всевозможными диетами И в итоге перестают заниматься .
Девочки , милые дело в том , что мышцы тяжелее жира почти в два раза! Когда человек худеет грамотно, он избавляется от жира. Когда он худеет на диетах, он теряет мышцы и воду. Но никак не "плохие" килограммы.
Красивое тело -это прежде всего , здоровое тело ! Прекращайте постоянно взвешиваться и доверяйте только отражению в зеркале .Начинайте правильно питаться , благо на изоляции это гораздо проще делать .
Красивое женское тело - это то, которое соответствует возрасту, но при этом вызывает восторг своим рельефом, выпуклостями и изгибами. Человек с мышцами выглядит более здоровым и подтянутым.Когда мышц нет - тело выглядит мягким, дряблым и лишенным тонуса.
Тренажерный зал, конечно, удобнее и эффективнее, но мышцы в тонусе очень даже реально поддерживать домашними тренировками особенно в нынешней ситуации с изоляцией.
Если цель - просто похудеть, можно обойтись без тренировок. Сиди себе, считай калории и бойся каждой лишней .
Мы все хотим дожить до старости , но ведь , дело не только в годах , мы хотим качественную старость .С движением , ясным умом и без кучи кучи таблеток . Но для этого нужно уже сейчас начинать заботиться о теле .Оно у нас одно .

Muscle gain and fat loss can together help in giving you a more toned body.

This is especially important for women as around menopause, they tend to lose their bone density. Studies have shown the doing weight training exercises can prevent bone loss and reduce risk of osteoporosis and diseases related to bone health.
