I was at my wits end trying not to gain any more weight, family super-worried for me, depression looming large. Then I was referred by my GP to try Slimming World. It works for me as I have lost 2 stone since July, where from I don't know. It has empowered me and I now feel I am in control and good and bad weeks are just part of my journey to a healthier me, not just physically but mentally too.
