✨ If I was trying to conceive, I wouldn’t restrict or under-eat.

✨ Fertility is highly sensitive to stress, and consistently skipping meals or eating too little sends the body the message that now isn’t a safe time to reproduce.

✨Nourishment, regular meals and blood-sugar balance matter more than control.

A short luteal phase can make implantation harder, but it’s also very supportable.
