🎄🎄🎄Thursday is my last working day this year 💪 My diary does move around a little bit with people rescheduling, it’s a busy time of year! - but currently I have only 2 sessions remaining in Marylebone on Thursday at 12 and 1pm 🎄🎄🎄

**January**

* Crystal Palace is full until 4th February and half of February is booked out already 😮
* Belgravia is filling up first day back Tuesday 6th January 💪
* Marylebone hours from January will be extended to 9am-7pm ✨
* Richmond new clinic Mondays from 6th January 12-6, taking bookings now 🙏

I would say dont leave it too late, people often feel the need to have treatment post Christmas, as well as getting ready for new year health and fitness goals - make sure you get your appointments in now as I expect all availability in all locations to be booked up between Christmas and the New Year 💪🙏✨

What, can it be true? Yes! I’m starting up *another* work location, this time in in lovely Richmond!

Based at 50 Hill Rise Health and Wellness Centre , I’ll be working Mondays 12-6pm, offering my usual Osteopathy, Full Body MOT and Myofascial treatments.

I’ve actually been wanting to work in Richmond for a while; there was a possibility it might happen earlier this year, which fired up my excitement; though that didn’t materialise, the excitement remained, so I kept looking for more options, and recently found this place; I went to view as soon as I could, and signed up immediately - it’s that nice, and the perfect complement to my other work spaces in Belgravia, Marylebone and Crystal Palace! 😊

50 Hill Rise is a boutique Health and Wellness centre right nr the river and 10mins walk from the station, with lovely therapy rooms and a fantastic array of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Fitness classes and events in quite possibly the most beautiful studio in London, and also an amazing artisan nourishing cafe on site. Check it ALL out at www.50hillrise.com - and yes, it is just as warm and welcoming as it looks online! 🥰

Snow, rain, sunshine, never know what to expect! It’s still cold but above 0 degrees now. Bought another tree for the garden, a little Norway spruce just in time for Christmas! Hello from just arrived it is -5 outside ❄️ First jobs - put on the log burners, and then cover up my non frost hardy plants with fleece, hopefully not too late! Some of them I am moving onto the patio too so they still get the sun but avoid the frost. This includes the Fig tree, who has dropped all his leaves already 🥲 the Olive tree, Orange tree, the Avocado and Lemon trees I moved inside. Let’s see what happens! 🌴
