Heart health matters — and so does hormone health.

Low testosterone levels have been associated with an increased prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors.

Current medical literature does not demonstrate a consistent increase in cardiovascular events when Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is prescribed appropriately and monitored under medical supervision.

At Harley Street TRT and our network clinics, our approach focuses on restoring testosterone levels to the physiological range through a thorough clinical assessment, individual risk evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.

Evidence, context, and patient safety remain central to responsible hormone care.

If you are concerned about symptoms of low testosterone, a comprehensive clinical assessment is the first step ♥️

HCG is often part of important conversations around testosterone therapy, particularly for men who are concerned about fertility and long-term testicular function.

With current supply disruptions across the UK, many patients are hearing mixed messages and are understandably unsure how this may affect their treatment or future plans.

Understanding how TRT can influence fertility — and when HCG may be considered as part of a clinically appropriate treatment plan — is essential.

These decisions are never one-size-fits-all and should always be guided by individual assessment, blood testing, and ongoing medical oversight.

At Harley Street TRT, our focus remains on clear information, responsible prescribing, and continuity of care — especially during periods of uncertainty.

If you have questions about TRT, fertility, or your current treatment plan, our clinicians are available to provide clear, evidence-based guidance.

Treatment decisions are based on individual clinical assessment.
