ENERGY is your birthright.

Most men think it’s normal to be crashing mid-afternoon, using multiple coffees to push through

Let me tell you it’s NOT.

🗿For hundreds of years, a Buddha statue sat under a simple tin roof in Thailand.

❌ EXPOSED 99% of Omega-3 supplements DON’T absorb!!

You’re wasting your money on expensive oil that does almost nothing.

On the contrary, the diet massively influences the absorption of omega-3 supplements, but ill leave this for another post

I’ve been advocating Omega-3 supplementation for 15 years. At the cellular level, it controls everything: energy, recovery, inflammation, cognitive performance, fat loss, and stress resilience.

Your 40-70 trillion cell membranes are made of fats.

The omega-3-to-omega-6 balance determines how well they function.

So I used a “Gold standard” premium brand

It turns out it WASN’T doing what they marketed!

Wasn’t

How did I find out?

I ran my own experiment.

I ran a blood test for balance through Vitas Labs in Norway, measuring 11 fatty acids and cellular markers.

Then switched to a Scandinavian polyphenol-based Omega-3 oil, highly recommended by a friend on top of his game in functional health

Ran it for 16 weeks (one full red blood cell lifecycle).

A little bit about me…

🧠 I’ve been coaching for just over 15 years. I launched my first brand, Extreme Fit Personal Training 13 years ago.

🫡 I’ve been “unemployable” for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I steer my own ship. I build my own path. Before health and fitness, I was a bricky 🧱

🌪️ I’ve had a relentless work ethic for as long as I can remember. Two paper rounds at 10. Milk round at 13, working on the farm at 15. I learned early: if you want something, you go get it.

🌎 In 2014, my partner Cesca and I moved to Australia for a year. We travelled, met lifelong friends, had incredible experiences.

🇬🇧 We moved back to the UK in 2015, and I’ve been in London for over 10 years now. Being here has allowed me to meet incredible people and coach high-performing professionals, which has brought me a ton of invaluable experience.

🤓 I’m a lifelong student of my craft, always learning, upskilling, and working on myself to get better every day, whether that’s physically, mentally, or spiritually. I’m always stepping forward and pushing the envelope.

🎯 Last year, I became a mental performance coach with Brian Cain, and I’m currently studying for a diploma in the neuroscience of transformation.

Here we are, the final week of January…

90% of New Year’s resolutions are already dead, new gym routines abandoned. Meal prep lasts 2 weeks

And it’s back to the FAMILIER old patterns.

Here’s why, and it’s NOT about discipline.

Your brain killed your goals.

DELIBERATELY

You declared war in January.

Train 6 days a week, drop carbs, booze, friends, joy and lean into an identity transplant.

Your prefrontal cortex got excited, Dopamine peaked, and you felt unstoppable.

But your amygdala, your brain’s threat detector, was watching.

The moment your routine disrupted predictable patterns:

⚠️ “THREAT. Unsafe. Abort.”

Training became punishment. Willpower evaporated. “Monday restart” became your loop.

This isn’t weakness, it’s the brain digging its heels in

Why willpower always loses:

Dopamine is designed for the chase, not the catch. After 2-3 weeks, it drops.

You’re in survival mode, and survival mode always defaults to familiar; your brain prioritised safety over your goal.
