So boom, this is a tiny little snippet of an example of a case history one might experience at the Osteopaths! During the case history we’ll ask you all the questions relating to your issue and what brought you to us.

The case history should take from 5-10mins. We’re the type of clinic that doesn’t like to do too much talking, as we like to get down to business. We like to actually provide treatment on the first session and we don’t need to know your life story 😜

One we’ve decided what could be the issue and made sure you’re safe to treat well do a quick examination of your spine and then we’ll ‘crack’ on 😜

I hope you guys appreciate the cracking compilation at the start. I just had to add some cracking in for the crackheads out there 🤪!

By far the best looking team of Osteopaths going. Our Osteopathy ain't bad either.

I guess you could call it a very early christmas do. It was like a lovely to get to go out with all the Osteopaths that work here! Massive thank you to Dom, Robbie, Arkaitz and Ellie for being incredible Osteopaths and genuinely nice people, it is a pleasure to work with you all! These guys are what keep the practice going and I'm incredibly grateful to have such an amazing, hard working team!! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙌🙌

Welcome to the team Arkaitz!! I'm happy to announce we have a brand spanking new Osteopath in the house and this guy is amazing!!

He qualified from one of the best and prestigious Osteopathic universities in London - the University College of Osteopathy. (British school of Osteopathy)

Previously to being an Osteopath Arkaitz also worked as a sports masseur so his soft/deep tissue work is 🔥🔥🔥.

Rest assured the man can also manipulate spines and joints. He has treated myself on a number of occasions and he gets the big tick of approval!!

A very special crack for a very special patient! The baby definitely felt this one! 38 weeks pregnant and unfortunately suffering with left sided mid back pain. Pregnancy is wrought with its difficulties as the body is forever changing.

I have been treating this lovely lady throughout her pregnancy and I feel personally invested now. Can't wait for birth!

Thank you so much for allowing me to film! Very brave of you!

I've learnt now how to manipulate without my 4th finger, it is still very much broken but it is very slowly getting better. Woop woop!

Good evening ya crackheads! Boy do I have a treat for you guys and gals today! We had none other than coming in yesterday for her regular tune up. She is a fitness coach and an avid cross fitter so naturally her body gets absolutely battered!

This time round you can scroll across the videos and you can actually see some different techniques! Not just the cracking today! If you scroll through you'll be able to bear witness to the other techniques an Osteopath uses while treating!

I had a 4th year Osteopathy student also shadowing yesterday, in case you were wondering who the stranger was in the vids. I can't believe it has now been 6 years since I was in his shoes observing myself!

⭐What's better than a crack? 2 cracks of course. We have our first couples crack session!? Who would've thought it was ever possible!
This is a first ever crack off! Who do you think won?!?⭐

It's birthday week and what better way to start it than with a fix up from the Osteopath! Obviously his girlfriend, , couldn't miss out all the fun and also booked in for after!

Charlie's a mechanic (and grafter) and he had some shoulder pain so this is what we focused on during the treatment. On the contrary, Isobel is a Dental Nurse and spends all her day sitting and hunching over people therefore we focused more on her lower back!

It was an absolute delight treating them both and massive shoutout for allowing me to film on their first session! Many bants were had.

Listen up kids, the search for a massage gun is over! I would only recommend something that I honestly believe is a great product, and to me this one is the best!

I was very kindly sent a massage gun by and have been using it for the past 2 weeks on my patients. I can safely say this is the best massage gun that I have used and definitely the best value for money.

I was in Selfridges last week and tested some massage guns that were £500 and I really do not see any difference. There are plenty of percussion massagers out there and, in my view, the expensive ones do the same thing - they just spend more on marketing! Pop pop crack crack people! Welcome back to yet another installment of crack of the day. This installment brings to you , a former Liverpool women's football player I'll have you know! She has been attending with some lower back pain, a common hindrance in today's society of working from home!
