Oh yes, much better now.

💌Send this to someone who gets it!

As a yoga coach for the last 10+ years this is still something I have to purposely lean into… who wants to feel yucky feelings? no one really, but it is the way the wave will pass and it’s an unfortunate necessity.

FEELING those feelings can be scary as hell, so often you may instead THINK about your feelings, that is way more comfortable.

But… it’s not very helpful and increases your stress & unhappiness..

So, Next time you notice a feeling come up that you want to push away and avoid, try this:

-Name the feeling
-Take a big deep breath and sigh it all out of your mouth
- do something you enjoy I love to swim bike or do yoga
- carry on with your day

Simply naming and acknowledging your feelings helps calm your brain and calm your feelings, this makes them more digestible.

And if you get caught up thinking about your negative feelings and can’t stop them go splash and cold water on your face, go take a 10 minute walk outside, or go put your legs up the wall.

So don’t avoid, instead, name, breathe, and move on. Rinse and repeat.

What if your day could flow with your energy instead of fighting it?

Notice when your body is at peak performance, and schedule your hardest tasks then.
Honour low-energy moments with rest, breath, or gentle movement.
Your to-do list doesn’t have to run you—your energy does.

Feeling heavy, bloated, or just in need of a reset?
This 15-minute sequence for digestion is one of my favorite ways to soften, unwind and feel lighter during the holiday season 🌻

Here we slow down and allow the poses to work deeply into the body. Props like blocks or bolsters help your body relax even more but cushions, thick books, or rolled blankets work just as well.

Hold each pose for 3–5 minutes:

🌙 Malasana (Yogi Squat)
Sit on blocks or cushions to stay relaxed and supported.

🌙 Sphinx
Bolster under the ribs, block under the forehead for gentle neck support.

🌙 Happy Baby
Hold behind knees or feet, keep the sacrum heavy. Keep head on the ground.

🌙 Reclined Twist
Bolder under the legs for softness. Don’t forget the second side. You can also use a cushion between the legs make it work for you

🌙 Savasana relaxation shape
Bolster or cushion under the knees. Stay as long as you like. Set an alarm if you have family round later !

✨ Tip: Wear soft, comfy clothes that don’t restrict your belly for maximum ease.

📌 Save this for your post-feast or end-of-year reset
and share it with someone who could use a little digestive love 🤍

Calm isn’t magic. It’s a habit. 🌿
Start small. Anchor to something you already do.
Use your body as a guide. Track your wins.

Tiny daily practices build a nervous system that knows how to stay steady, even under pressure.
Consistency beats intensity every time.

3 things to do right now and every day to reduce your stress and not take it out on your family🤣or want to run away to a desert island 🏝️!

💜Save this for the reminder!

1. Stop, pause, take a deep breath, and remind yourself to SLOW DOWN! Do that right now! And all throughout your day!
rushing around all the time actually significantly increases your stress!

2. Take a 15 minute walk EVERY SINGLE DAY! The simple act of committing to get outside and do some movement and get some fresh damn air EVERY day makes a huge impact!

3. Put your legs up the wall at night for 10 minutes, every night. I mean it, DO it every night. This helps to calm your nervous system by reducing your respiration rate and your heart rate immediately, this is like turning your computer off and on again, it’s a brain and body reboot.

➡️When you remind yourself:

to slow down & take a breath

get outside and get a little bit of movement

and put your legs up the wall nightly

everything gets easier!

You build resilience, you build more capacity to deal with all the chaos

Life will never be easy, but we can certainly do things that help it feel easier and more fun !

Good luck and hit follow for daily tips to reduce your stress so you can actually enjoy your life!!

Comment “START” to get you started

What is intuition? What happens when we die? And, how does trauma get stored in our bodies? These are just a few of the fascinating themes I am intrigued by

💡How intuition works and why we lose touch with it
💡The gut–brain connection and how the body holds emotion
💡Ancient wisdom on trusting your body and inner voice
💡Simple tools to help you reconnect with your intuition
💡Why science doesn’t explain everything and why meaning still matters.
💡Helping you trust inner wisdom without fear... and so much more!

If you’ve ever found yourself overthinking, anxious, or lost for direction, or if you’ve simply wondered whether you can learn to trust yourself more deeply, know help is at hand and it is not complicated.

If you want to move into 2026 knowing it is possible to move from pain/frustration and doubt to a place of meaning, confidence, and genuine connection to oneself follow me and stay tuned.

🎄🌻Tight hips? Try this short but powerful sequence to mobilize and release through every angle of your hips - external, internal and everything in between. Great if you’ve been sitting a lot lately! Yes most of us !

Each move builds on the next, helping your hips feel open and balanced.

Here’s the flow ⬇️
1️⃣ Dance! anyway you like! Smile!

2️⃣ Hip circles & side bends

3️⃣ Supine Hip Circles
Hands on knees - circle in and away without forcing anything.

4️⃣ Windshield Wipers
Feet wider than the hips, rock your knees side to side.

5️⃣ S Shape + circle (Forward Fold) – hold 5 breaths each side
Hold a 90-90 shape after the wipers and gently lean forward & circle

6️⃣ Lunge to Pyramid Flow – 4 each side (knee down or up) Listen to YOUR body
Flow from lunge into pyramid. Keep hips square, pulling the front hip back. Use blocks under your hands for support.

7️⃣ Half-Hero Flow
Tap the bent knee in and down with control. Use a block (or two) to elevate the hips.

8️⃣ Standing Figure 4
Cross one ankle over the opposite thigh, bend the standing leg, and lean forward with a flat back. Hold onto a wall or furniture for balance support.

💛 Take your time with each move. These aren’t just stretches, they’re movement medicine for your hips.

📌 Save this for your next mobility session & share it with someone who wants hips like butter! 🧈

When your day feels chaotic, focus isn’t a mindset problem—it’s a nervous system one.
A few minutes of gentle yoga and conscious breath can settle the body and bring the mind back online.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need regulation.

Want more Comment START and I’ll send freebie to you. ✨

This is one of my all-time favorite morning stretches. The one I keep returning to when life gets chaotic.
And let’s be real… end-of-year energy is real. We’re tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin.

But this little routine helps me wake up your whole body, especially my hips, spine, and shoulders and start the day feeling lighter and more open.

Here’s the 7-move flow:

1️⃣ Standing Cat-Cow with Shoulder Circles – 4 reps
Move through cat-cow and circle your arms to warm up spine and shoulders.

2️⃣ Elevated Lunge to Half Split Flow – 4 reps each side
Opens hip flexors and hamstrings with gentle support.

3️⃣ Standing goddess arms Twist – 4 reps each side
Rotate from your upper back for a safe, easy twist.

4️⃣ Elevated Pigeon – 4 deep breaths
Hip opening with less knee pressure.

5️⃣ Standing Puppy Stretch – 4 deep breaths
Chest and shoulder release with no wrist load.

6️⃣ Supported Down Dog Pedals – 8–10 reps
Step back as far as you need and pedal out the calves.

7️⃣ Elevated Thread the Needle – 4 reps each side
A dynamic twist to melt upper-back tension.

🎄🌻🎄Shake it all out!

📌 Save this for tomorrow morning. Your body will thank you.
Share it with someone who needs a gentle start to the day 🤍
