This Sunday 7th December • 9.30am in collaboration with 🦋

Join us for the last in our series of Breathe & Bathe events for 2025 - a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience designed to ground, soften and restore your whole being.

We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to settle your nervous system, followed by intention setting and a beautiful cacao ritual to open the heart.

Then you’ll be guided into deep rest with the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls — a sound journey to soothe your mind, melt tension and bring you back into balance, especially at this busy time of year.

I’m currently completing my Sound Healing Training and am seeking a few forward-thinking organisations to take part as case study partners.

These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to offer to your team - a moment of stillness and restoration in their busy workday — and to contribute to a growing movement toward workplace wellbeing that truly nourishes from the inside out.

Each Soundbath experience (for up to 10 people) includes:`

🧘‍♀️ Gentle mindful movement to release tension
🌬️ Breathwork and intention setting
🎶 Immersive sound therapy using therapeutic instruments and frequencies
💫 Deep rest and renewal for body, mind and spirit

The sessions are grounding, restorative, and deeply relaxing — designed to help your team release stress, enhance focus, and return to work feeling balanced and energised.

I’m looking for a handful of companies to host a soundbath as part of my certification process.

We're excited to share that we're teaming up with the HDO Cafe in South Woodford to bring you a weekly Mumma & Me Postnatal Yoga Flow class.

🤱 This is a 6 week course for mums and babies to enjoy together that will begin on Thursday 15th May at 9.30am.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Each class will enable you to reconnect with your body, to introduce gentle movement, to build strength and to find an opportunity to connect with other mums as you navigate your journey through the early stages of motherhood.

😌 The class will bring together gentle movement (with a particular focus on pelvis and the core) and breathing exercises, giving you tools that will support you not only on the mat, but that you can use when you leave the space and go back into the world.

👶 Babies can be incorporated into the practice or left to play or chill (age depending) on the play mats provided.

ℹ️ Mums welcome from 8 weeks or when signed off by a GP and babies welcome up to 9 months or when crawling.

This course will provide you with a lovely way to start your day as well as special moments to bond with your baby and other mums in the local area.

☕ You're welcome to stay and enjoy a coffee and some breakfast in the cafe after. HDO are offering you a coffee for the reduced price of £2 and there are plenty of yummy breakfast snacks on their menu.

WHEN DID YOU LAST PUT YOURSELF FIRST |

When was the last time you took some time purely for yourself?

As a mum I know I often find myself at the bottom of the pile when it comes to doing something for myself. We spend so much time caring for others, that we often forget about ourself.

But, what if 2025 was the year that you started to prioritise YOU.

It can feel hard to step away from home life - work, family, endless chores at home, the daily routines, not to mention all those extra curricular activities too, if you're children are still young.

When we take time away from parenting it provides us with an opportunity to prioritise our own wellbeing, to recognise our needs and actively make time for self-care.

This is not being selfish - this is actually being smart. Because when we reduce stress and make ourselves happy, ultimately the people around us benefit and they are happier too.

Are you feeling perimenopausal or menopausal?

We bring you REWILD a half day retreat for women who are feeling the throws of perimenopause and menopause.

Our retreat fuses together yoga, nutrition and sound healing so that you can unwind, release, heal, nourish and rewild.

Going through perimenopause and menopause can make us feel discombobulated, like we don’t know who we are anymore or what’s going on.

It can stir up all kinds of feelings, physically, mentally and emotionally and can feel isolating as we navigate the unknown.

This half day will help you connect with other women going through shared experiences, it will give you the opportunity to talk (or not) about it and provide you with the comfort of knowing that you are NOT ALONE.

Here’s what our retreat looks like:

✨ Open with a sharing circle, meditation, breathwork and a gentle yoga practice led by Kat Yousefi from Nafas Yoga.

✨ A Q&A with Beth from who will talk about how you can use food and supplements to support you - both body and mind. You’ll get to taste some of her suggested remedies.

✨ Nicky from will then guide you through a soundbath with a cacao ritual to help you unwind and release.

Our team of experts will help you discover tools, techniques and nutrition that you can take home with you to help you move forwards on your journey.
