A day centre for the over 60's based in Hillingdon, Middlesex (UB8). We specialise in social stimulation and the promotion of a healthy and independent lifestyle for all of our clients.

🎩 We had a hat/wig day yesterday and everybody got involved. Also made more Christmas crafting decorations 🎩.

This time we made little stars out of paper, our clients love to get their hands busy 💛.

🎀 Last Friday we made cute little ribbons out of paper in our day care centre. Our clients love to get crafty 🎀.

Crafting is very beneficial as it strengthens hand coordination and dexterity. It also gives a sense of accomplishment when finishing a project 😊.

Baking something helps reduce stress, encourages appetite and gets everyone to socialise together 😊.
