A day centre for the over 60's based in Hillingdon, Middlesex (UB8). We specialise in social stimulation and the promotion of a healthy and independent lifestyle for all of our clients.

🏮Chinese New Year🏮

🎊In celebration of the Chinese New Year, we made lanterns and decorated them!

🤔 Why Lanterns? It’s a very old tradition dating back over 2000 years ago! Lanterns symbolises good fortune, happiness and prosperity. The light from the lanterns repels darkness and welcomes a new beginning for the coming year!

Last Friday we had a big session of decorating love heart biscuits! Everyone got very creative and then we ate them 🙈!

Since last week, we’ve been celebrating Valentines Day with tons of crafting sessions with our lovely clients! Here we made some cards by hand ☺️.

Hi everyone!

We are very excited to announce that we are planning on opening the centre on Saturdays! We are currently building a list of clients to attend however spaces are limited to twenty people at the moment. So first come first serve!

Do get in touch if you would like to signed up for Saturdays and we will add your name to our list and once the list has been solidified, we will confirm a date in the near future ☺️.

Yesterday we celebrated National Chocolate Fondue Day by making our own fruits and marshmallows skewers. Then we dipped them into chocolate 😋.
