Meet Tracey!

Step into one of Tracey’s yoga classes, let her energy, experience, and deep understanding of the body make every session something special. With years of teaching behind her and a passion for how our bodies move and function (if she’s not on a Yoga Mat you’ll find her in the gym lifting weights or practicing handstands!), Tracey brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to her classes with a good dose of humour!

Her classes are not just about stretching… They are about understanding your body, building strength, and creating lasting balance both on and off the mat.
