Well I am knocking at some facts today!! Here is one for you to think about.

Research by the British Chiropractic Association found that 48% of people in Britain suffer from back or neck pain at any one time, possibly associated with spending an increasing amount of time seated at office.
Eating your lunch at the desk may be productive for business but you are jeopardising your health! Reducing your exercise and increasing the likelihood of back pain. So get up and have a walk if only for 15 mins, you'll notice the difference!!
