✍️ Registration of Wishes ✍

We appreciate it is a difficult conversation to have with loved ones, family and friends. The Registration of Wishes form allows you to express what you would like at your funeral. They are designed with a range of questions from whether to be buried or cremated, music choices 🎼, flowers 💐 etc. THESE ARE NOT PAYMENT PLANS.
You could either pick one up from us, we can post or email you a copy. We are happy to help complete one and keep it safe.
