Sometimes bad things happen. Sometimes we do bad things. Feeling appropriately guilty can be a healing experience but can be particularly tricky if you've got a history of being made to feel guilty for things that were really not your fault. Sometimes we have to open things up to sort our fault from their fault. It's not a pleasant thing to do but it's better than perpetually bouncing around avoiding it. I love helping people unpack the dark stuff. Let me know if you need a hand.
