Alternate Elbow Presses:
Start this exercise in a full press up position, bend your right elbow (not outwards) 90 degrees so you forearms is flat on the ground.

Then do the same with the left arm so you end up in a full plank position, remember to keep your core tight so there’s no bend or arch in your stomach or back throughout this exercise.
Now do the reverse. Bring your left arm up and then the right arm up so you are back in a full press up position.

Now Repeat but change your leading hand every time you complete 1 full up and down.
Its VIP to watch video first to see the correct Technique!
Make sure when doing this exercise, you are keeping your core held tight and your body in a straight-line position.

Try and do 10 -20 reps changing your leading hand every time. Rest after each set for 60-90 seconds then repeat for another 2 sets.

This exercise, if done correctly, will increase core, shoulder, triceps and chest strength 💪 whilst at the same time tightening your core muscles gives you a trim waist.

Elbow press ups

Start this exercise in a full press up position, bend both your elbows backwards (not out) 90 degrees so your forearms are flat on the ground, but remember to keep your core tight so there’s no bend or arch in your stomach or back (sound easy hey but if done right it’s definitely not)

Now using the palms, press down on the floor and return to the starting position. Repeat as many times as possible. This may take time to build up to high reps. Now rest for 60-90 sec and then repeat 2-3, more sets. please watch video first to see the correct Technique)

Do make sure when doing this exercise you keep your core held tight and your body in a straight-line position.

This exercise, if done correctly, will increase core and upper body strength, working the chest muscles 💪 whilst at the same time tightening your core muscles gives you a trim waist.

A client asked me today, “How do you stay so lean?”
I laughed and said, “You won’t believe me!”
“Try me!” he replied.
“OK!,” I said, “It’s simple. I just eat a lot!”
Below I've shared one of my many simple lunches, which are high in carbs and proteins, but low in fat. It's easy to make and very filling! Enjoy 😀💪💪💪

Bread, Best of Both, 6 slices
2 slices is:
Calories 546 cal
Carbs 92.2g
Fat 5.4g
Protein 21.6g

Vanilla Recovery ’18, Goodness Shakes, 475ml
Calories 261 cal
Carbs 48.3g
Fat 0.3g
Protein 16.1g

Cheese, Light Triangles, 3 triangles, Laughing Cow 17.5g
Calories 75 cal
Carbs 3.3g
Fat 3.6g
Protein 7.8g

Small Chunk Pickle, Branston, 66g
Calories 105 cal
