A new year, a new you?

Traditional acupuncture is a healthcare system used in the East for over 2,000 years. Acupuncture adopts an holistic approach to healthcare, considering the mind and body as one, and is based on the idea that a blockage or disturbance in the flow of ‘qi’ (a concept from Chinese philosophy) can cause health issues.

Traditional Chinese Medical theory views pain and illness as an indication that the body is out of balance.

People of all ages can benefit from having acupuncture to help manage a range of health conditions – it is used all over the world as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other forms of medicine.

2020 may have been a wash-out; for most of us, plans have had to be adapted.
I've been so fortunate to have the wonderful Greenwich Fitness and Pilates studios to work from - with light and airy Covid-safe rooms - and the last few months of this year have been very busy acupuncture-wise. I've been lucky enough to meet and treat some amazing clients with some truly fantastic results: helping with labour-inductions, IBD, anxiety, migraines, back pain, fertility/IVF support, menopausal symptoms, arthritis - to name just a few.
I'm now taking a rest until the new year - back up and running on 8th January and looking forward to a healthier 2021 for everyone!
