The Problems People Don’t Post About…
People often ask me:
“What sort of things do your clients actually come to you for?”
So here’s a little glimpse inside my diary from this past week.
Because behind the polished profiles, busy lives and successful businesses…
there’s often a lot going on under the surface.
Over the last few days I’ve worked with people dealing with:
• Stress and anxiety – both work pressure and personal life overload
• Weight loss and lifestyle changes – wanting their energy, health and fitness back
• Confidence and self-esteem issues – capable people still second-guessing themselves
• Relationship challenges – including one situation impacted by p**n addiction
• Habit change – helping someone reduce their alcohol consumption
• Head noise – overthinking, self-doubt and mental clutter getting in the way
Alongside that, I’ve also been working with business owners and high-achieving professionals on something that shows up again and again…
Head SH*TE.
The internal noise that says things like:
“You’re not ready.”
“What if this goes wrong?”
“You’re not good enough yet.”
That kind of thinking quietly stops people enjoying the life they’ve worked so hard to build…
or stepping into their next level.
The work I do is about helping people:
clear the noise,
update the programming,
and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Sometimes the change is professional.
Sometimes it’s personal.
Most of the time… it’s both.
Because when your Self, Habits, Identity, Thoughts and Energy are aligned, everything starts to feel easier.
