For some people, every Monday feels like Blue Monday.

Apparently, today is the “most depressing day of the year.

It’s believed to have been created by a PR campaign - linking January weather, post-Christmas bills, and motivation dips.

But for some people, it’s not about the date.
It’s about how the week is being approached.

So instead of buying into the label, I’ll ask something more important:

How are you really feeling today?

Do Mondays feel like:
• a struggle to get going
• something to endure
• or a fresh reset and a new start?

And if you are feeling a bit flat - what actually helps you lift your mood?

For some, it’s movement.
For others, it’s connection.
And for many, it’s simply slowing down and being kinder to themselves.

There’s no right answer here.

Just awareness.

Because how you think about the week ahead quietly shapes how you experience it.

How’s 2026 started out for you?

Same calendar.
Same pressure.
Or finally… alignment?

Most people don’t struggle because they aim too low.
They struggle because they carry old thinking, old habits, and old pressure into a new year -
and expect a different outcome.

Same head.
Same patterns.
New calendar.

And by mid-January, the cracks usually start to show.

If you want 2026 to feel different, you don’t need another planner, strategy, or productivity promise.
You need a reset at the level everything else runs from.

This is what actually changes things:
• clearing mental clutter
• resetting focus

Most people try to change the wrong way.

They fight old habits.
Argue with old thoughts.
Resist who they used to be.

And then wonder why nothing really changes.

Here’s the shift that actually works:
