Our Story
Sally Wilson Fitness offers personal training & classes for women on a 1-2-1 basis, at home or in the park. Safe and effective pregnancy exercise programmes, personally tailored to keep you strong, fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy, preparing you for birth & postnatal recovery. Full postnatal assessment with a 6 week core restore programme for tummy, pelvic floor and weight-loss personalised for you, helping you feel great in your postnatal body.
