We worked on a change in both atttitude and approach to the exam - challenging previous misconceptions.

Her Top Tips to Smashing the SCA
1. Know your place in the patient's narrative - learn to use the information in the notes in context
2. Open up LICEF early to understand the direction of travel
3. Ensure you readdress the patient's ICE as you move into clinical management
4. You do not always need a diagnosis to manage a patient - be open and confident in how you manage uncertainty and risk
5. Use silence to good effect when working through narratives
6. A E E | Dilemma - the glue that holds relating to others together
7. The 3Cs to a narrative based approach - Curiosity Cues Conversation
