Your glutes and piriformis work together to keep your hips strong and stable.

If you don’t look after them, you may start to notice stiffness, discomfort, sciatic-type pain, or even lower back pain. That’s why both stretching and strengthening are important.

In this session we’re treating the neck, focusing on the sternocleidomastoid (SCM).
When this muscle becomes tight or shortened, it can affect posture, push the head forward, and lead to issues like headaches, dizziness, jaw tension, and reduced neck mobility.
Improving SCM tension and correcting posture is key to preventing long-term pain and keeping the neck moving freely.
